A lovely house in the picturesque village of Arles-Sur-Tech in the Pyrenees Orientale, right in the south of France.
The house has its own pool and summer kitchen (with fabulous barbeque area), plus its own well and mountain views.

House & Annexe sleeps 10/12

The main house is airy and open plan, the living room leads up to the spacious mezzanine area. The first floor contains one double room and a second bedroom (ideal for children) with bunk beds and a daybed (that pulls out to a double) and a large family bathroom. The stairs then lead to the mezzanine which has a double sofa bed and a third large double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences from microwave to dishwasher and leads on to one of the terraces (which has shade for most of the day) and a swinging chair which is ideal for a pre-dinner drink or a good book!

The Annexe - across the garden is a small self-contained house comprising of a basic kitchen area which leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and bathroom.

The pool is approx 10 metres by 5 metres, and fitted with a pool alarm (as per the legal requirement in France now).
There are steps into one end with a shallow area, while most of the water is about 1.75 metres deep. There is also a diving board in the deep end.
